Blowing Rock Inn Requests and Procedures

Requests:

If you or any member of your party is feeling ill or has potentially been exposed to COVID-19 we ask that you reschedule your reservation.

When checking in or out, we ask that there is only one guest in the office at a time.

We ask that you please use the provided hand sanitizer before entering the office.

We have set all of our outside areas such that all of our guests can enjoy the wonderful mountain weather while maintaining social distancing. We ask that if outdoor furniture is moved to accommodate larger groups, that it be returned to its original position.

Procedures for Guests and Employees Safety:

We have installed a piece of plexiglass at the front desk to protect both our guests and our employees.

The office will be wiped down multiple time a day with sanitizer.

We are implementing contactless check ins and check outs.

All room keys will be disinfected between uses and will be given to guests in envelopes at check in.

All rooms are cleaned, sanitized and disinfected using EPA approved products.

Housekeeping will not enter rooms during a guest’s stay. Each evening guests may request their needs via a provided amenity list, and put this on their doors. Requests will be fulfilled by housekeeping the next morning and will be returned in a bag to the room door handle.

All printed paper materials have been removed from guest rooms for the foreseeable future to help with sanitizing and disinfecting.
